At the same time, this activity keeps a tremendous amount of waste out of landfills.
The site of the former Bethlehem Steel Galvanizing Plant, Cold Mill and Hot Mill facilities, now know as the Steel Works Industrial Park, is evolving into a vibrant light industrial center for commerce and is ready to continue a proud heritage of industry on the Buffalo Niagara Frontier
Over 1,000,000 square feet of space ranging from 5,000 to 500,000 square feet is available for tenants including more than 16,000 square feet of office space. Steel Works is situated on approximately 95 acres between the City of Lackawanna and the town of Hamburg, NY with close access to major roadways including I-90 and nine miles from the Peace Bridge.
